What payment methods do you accept?

Can I make a return?
You have 14 days after the delivery date to see if the product is right for you. If it does not suit you, you can make a return. To learn more about this, see our Return policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. For this, please send us an email to contact@une-licorne.com
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your order has arrived damaged, please send us an email to contact@une-licorne.com with one or more photos of your damaged product. We will make a new shipment to replace the product.
How to use a discount coupon?
If you have a promo code, it can be used just before the payment stage. Before entering your details to pay for your order, a box is provided for discount codes, you just have to write your code.
How can I know that my order has been taken into account?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order with a summary of what you have ordered.
Can I change my order?
You made a mistake. size? Send us an email to specify your request. The procedure is as follows: You return the product to us and the new product is sent to you upon receipt of the old one.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The delivery time for the standard delivery offered is 6 to 12 working days.
